Arkansas Real Estate Academy offers this course over
a 9 day period. Course begins the 1st Saturday of the month. The 1st
Saturday and Sunday from 8am-7pm; then Monday thru Friday 6pm-10pm ending
the following Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm. Each course begins the first
Saturday of every month.
The Academy’s goal is to assist each student to meet their educational
need in order to pass the Arkansas Real Estate Exam. Each student is
treated fairly and in a non-discriminatory manner.

Enrollment requirement:
Must be a minimum of 18 years old (verification required)
Enrollment fee $100.00 (Please refer to Refund Policy pg.4)
A required 10 students must be registered
by the Monday (deadline date) before class start date. If 10 students
are not registered by the deadline date, the enrolled students may
take the next class start date or be refunded the enrollment fee and
tuition.
Certificate requirements:
Practice exams will be administered on the 1st Sunday and Friday during
class dates. On the final Sunday (2nd Sunday) a final exam will be
administered during class. The final exam consists of 50 general questions
and 30 state questions. A minimum passing score of 70% is required
to receive your certificate. Should student fail the final exam, the
instructor will review the exam with student and administer another
exam. Should student fail exam twice on the final class date, the student
may return on the following Monday at 6:00pm to be administered another
exam. The student will be able to be administered the final exam twice
on each night until student passes with a satisfactory grade of 70%. Each
student must attend the full 60 clock hours to obtain a certificate
from the Arkansas Real Estate Academy.
Arkansas Real Estate Commission requirements:
Each applicant must be a minimum of 18 years old
Each applicant must pass a criminal record check
Each applicant must acquire a certificate from an approved Real Estate
School certifying that the applicant has attended a full
60 Clock Hours Pre-Licensure Class
Each applicant must send appropriate fees with application
